St Laurence: Stroud Centre for Peace & the Arts offers a unique and flexible venue in the heart of Stroud, combining a beautiful historic church with practical spaces for meetings, performances, community events and celebrations. The main church accommodates up to 400 people with flexible seating, staging, Wi-Fi, sound system, piano and organ. Alongside it, Shambles Hall provides a versatile hall with kitchen facilities, suitable for up to 100 guests, while the Upper Room is ideal for smaller meetings and workshops. With accessible facilities, central location, nearby parking and experienced venue support, St Laurence is an inspiring setting for events.

Historic church building with flexible seating arrangements and staging available. Maximum capacity is 400, seated is 300.
Please note: St Laurence Church is a sacred space which is dedicated primarily to devotion, prayer and contemplation. Consequently, any artistic bookings are considered in that vein. Please wait for your event to be approved before advertising or planning. We have a new marketing development with a regular brochure and flyer stand etc. If your event is public - a concert or similar, please state this on your booking form so we can send our the marketing pack.
