These two quiet mornings will include input, and space for individual and group reflection.
The time will be kept in silence.
You might like to bring reading, drawing, sewing, for the spacious times between our group sessions.
There will be refreshments on arrival, and available during these mornings.
Each of the two mornings is a stand -alone.
