A retreat day is a gift. It is a stepping aside, a letting go. A quiet time of listening through body, mind, and spirit.

Our day together will include a range of simple practices drawn from some of the great world traditions & teachings.
There will be space for individual and group reflection, inspiring texts, music,mindful meditations, time to rest…. and just BE!
